Digital Products — All Sales Final

All products sold through xToolStack are digital goods delivered electronically. Because these products can be accessed and used immediately after purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and that you waive any right to a cooling-off period refund to the extent permitted by the law in your jurisdiction.

EU and UK Consumers

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Directive and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. If your product was not delivered, does not function as described, or you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal within the applicable period, contact us at admin@xtoolstack.com and we will work with you to resolve it.

Australian Consumers

Under Australian Consumer Law, you have guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product has a major failure or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy. Nothing in this policy limits those statutory guarantees.

New Zealand Consumers

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, digital products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. If a product fails to meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy. Nothing in this policy limits those statutory rights.

Other Jurisdictions

If you are located in a jurisdiction with consumer protection laws that grant you refund or remedy rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights apply to you regardless of this policy. Contact us at admin@xtoolstack.com if you believe your local consumer rights entitle you to a remedy.

When We May Make Exceptions

If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents a product from working and we are unable to resolve it, we may choose to issue a refund at our discretion. Each case is reviewed individually.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us, your license will be revoked immediately. We encourage you to reach out to us first so we can address your concern directly.
