Last updated: February 12, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all products and services provided by xToolStack. By using any of our products, you agree to follow these rules. If you violate this policy, we may suspend or revoke your license without a refund.

Permitted Use

Our products are licensed for personal and professional use by the individual or organization that purchased them. You may install and use a product on the number of devices specified in your license. You may use our products for any lawful purpose consistent with their intended function.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Share, redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense any product or license key to another person or organization.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of any product, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law (for example, EU law permits decompilation for interoperability purposes under Directive 2009/24/EC).
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on our products.
  • Use our products to send spam, phishing messages, malware, or any other form of unsolicited or harmful content.
  • Use our products to collect, harvest, or process personal data of others without their consent or a lawful basis.
  • Use our products to violate any local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any license verification, authentication, or security feature in our products.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) on our website in a way that disrupts service or extracts data in bulk.
  • Impersonate xToolStack, our staff, or other users.
  • Use our products in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden any third-party service they interact with (such as email providers or browser platforms).

Product-Specific Rules

Individual products may have specific usage guidelines described on their product page or in their documentation. Those product-specific rules are part of this AUP.

Enforcement

If we determine that you have violated this policy, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Issue a warning.
  • Temporarily or permanently suspend your license.
  • Revoke your license without a refund.
  • Report the activity to relevant authorities if required by law.

We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before taking action, unless the violation poses an immediate risk or involves illegal activity.
