This policy covers the xToolStack website and all products distributed by xToolStack, including SpamSlayer, GradeFlow, and DevPilot.

1. xToolStack Website

The xToolStack website uses a contact form (powered by WPForms) that collects your name and email address when you choose to get in touch. We do not use analytics, tracking cookies, or advertising scripts on this website.

2. SpamSlayer (Browser Extension)

SpamSlayer is a browser extension for Chrome and Firefox that adds spam management tools to Outlook and Hotmail webmail. It lets you delete, block, and report unwanted emails directly from your inbox.

License Activation
When you activate a license key, the extension sends your license key and a randomly generated device identifier to our validation server. This data is used solely to verify your license. The device identifier is a random UUID and is not tied to any personal information.

Email Metadata (Local Only)
SpamSlayer reads email sender addresses and subject lines from the Outlook/Hotmail web interface. This data is never transmitted to any server. It is processed entirely within your browser.

Local Storage
The extension stores license status, your active/inactive preference, spam action statistics, and your blocked senders list locally in your browser. This data never leaves your device.

Data We Do NOT Collect
We do not read email content. We do not collect your name, email address, or personal information through the extension. We do not track browsing history. We do not use cookies or analytics. We do not sell or transfer data to third parties.

3. GradeFlow

GradeFlow is a browser-based grading tool for teachers. All assignment data, rubrics, and student submissions are processed and stored entirely within your browser using local storage. No student data is transmitted to any server. Your data never leaves your device.

4. Third-Party Services

Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your payment details. License validation is handled by our own self-hosted server. Email delivery for license keys is handled by MailerLite, which receives only your email address and license key.

5. Data Retention

License records are stored for the lifetime of your license. Local browser data is removed when you uninstall the extension or clear your browser storage.

6. Your Rights

Uninstall the extension to delete all local data. To request deletion of your license record or any personal data we hold, email support@xtoolstack.com.
